Belimo R6025R-B2 is a 2-way Open/Close ball valve with flange connection, DN 25, PN 6 and Kvs 26 m³/h. Designed for shut-off functions on the water side of heating and ventilation systems.

Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F]. Differential pressure Δpmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 600 kPa.

Belimo R6025R-B2 – technical data

2-way Open/Close ball valve for open and closed water systems. It is used for shut-off functions on the water side and Open/Close control in ventilation and heating systems.

  • Nominal diameter: DN 25; nominal pressure: PN 6.
  • Pipe connection: flange; Kvs 26 m³/h.
  • Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure: Δpmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotation angle: 90°. The valve opens by turning anticlockwise and closes by turning clockwise.
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; flange: aluminium.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the body.

For a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the shaft or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature range may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in the actuator data sheets.
