Belimo R6025R10-B2 – control valve with orifice

2-way valve with flanged connection for controlling flow on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The integrated control orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

Key features

• DN 25, PN 6; Kvs 10 m³/h.
• Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised over the opening range.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Body made of nickel-plated brass; flange made of aluminium.
• Flanged connection according to EN 1092-1/4.

For installation in positions from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, heating the valve stem or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible fluid temperature may depend on the actuator used.
