Belimo R7015RP63-B1 – 3-way control valve

Control valve with regulating orifice for closed water systems, designed for modulating control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. It is operated by a rotary actuator.

• Type: 3-way; DN 15, PN 6; pipe connection: flange.
• Kvs: 0.63 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of Kvs.
• Fluid: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Permissible leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage rate class A; B – AB leakage rate class I, 1...2% of Kvs.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; flange for DN 15: galvanised steel.
• Rotation angle: 90°.

At fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are stated in the relevant actuator data sheets.
