Belimo C320Q-J changeover zone valve

3-way valve for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. It is designed for closed water systems and operates with a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

• DN 20; Rp 3/4" female thread; PN 25; ps 1600 kPa.
• Kvs 4 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F]; 2...90°C with an actuator.
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 280 kPa; closing pressure: 280 kPa. Guidance for quiet operation: 50 kPa.
• Leak-tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A.
• Angle of rotation: 90°; flow is possible in both directions.
• Body and stem: brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; seat: PTFE, O-ring EPDM.
• The actuator can be snap-mounted without tools.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. To achieve the 90° angle of rotation required for the changeover function, remove the limit clip on the actuator.
