Belimo GRK24A-SR-5 rotary actuator

Modulating actuator with a safety function for rotary valves and dampers. The built-in capacitors are charged during operation; if the power supply is interrupted, the stored energy moves the valve to the selected safety position.

• Motor torque: 40 Nm; nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz.
• Modulating control: 2...10 V; position feedback signal: 2...10 V.
• Motor running time: 150 s / 90°; travel time to the safety position: 35 s / 90°.
• Safety position: NC/NO or adjustable from 0...100% using the POP knob, in 10% increments.
• Power consumption during operation: 11 W; at rest: 3 W; wire sizing power: 21 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm².
• Manual adjustment by push-button; mechanical rotation angle limit stops and mechanical position indicator.
• Connection flange: F05; IEC/EN degree of protection: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

The actuator is intended for stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations. After delivery, the capacitors require approximately 20 s of pre-charging before initial commissioning.
