Belimo VLR24A-LP1 rotary actuator

VLR24A-LP1 is a communication-capable rotary actuator for ball valves. It can be controlled via Cloud, BACnet/IP or Modbus TCP. In hybrid mode, the position is set using an analogue signal, while the communication interfaces enable data points to be read and points other than the control signal to be written.

• Two sensors can be connected, and their signals can be converted for transmission to a higher-level system.
• Manual adjustment using a push-button, with the option to lock it; mechanical angle-of-rotation stops and mechanical position indicator.
• Power consumption during operation: 3.5 W; in standby position: 3 W; power consumption for wire sizing: 5 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.5 mm²; Ethernet connection: RJ45 socket.
• Degree of protection IEC/EN: IP40; protection class IEC/EN: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Configuration is possible via the integrated web server, communication interface or Cloud. The actuator is mounted on the ball valve using one central screw.
