Belimo 6-way control valve

The R3015-P63-1P3-B2 valve is designed for switching or modulating control of the water side of heating and cooling units in closed water systems. Two sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° angle of rotation.

Key features and technical data

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection.
• Kvs (Sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 1.3 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% by volume; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Linear flow characteristic; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa. For low-noise operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• 90° angle of rotation: Sequence 1 covers 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone 30...60°, and Sequence 2 covers 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure equalisation function operates in the 45° closed position while maintaining separation between both sequences.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
