Belimo PRKCA-BAC-S2-T-200

Rotary actuator with fail-safe function for butterfly valves, designed for stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Capacitors allow the actuator to move to the selected safety position after a power failure and once the holding time has elapsed.

• Motor torque: 160 Nm (configured for D6200W/WL).
• Rated voltage: AC 24...240 V / DC 24...125 V.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus; analogue control and hybrid mode are also available.
• Operating range Y: 2...10 V; adjustable operating range Y: 0.5...10 V or 4...20 mA. Feedback signal U: 2...10 V.
• Motor running time: 35 s / 90°, adjustable from 30...120 s. Fail-safe running time: 30 s / 90°.
• Safety position: 0...100%, set using the Belimo Assistant App or ZTH EU tool; factory setting 0%. Power fail delay (PF): 2s, adjustable from 0...10 s.
• Two built-in auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT, one fixed at 10° and one adjustable from 0...90° (factory setting 85°).
• Connection for two sensors: passive, active or contacts.
• Manual operation with a crank and an integrated mechanical position indicator.
• IEC/EN enclosure protection rating: IP66/67; NEMA/UL protection rating: NEMA 4X.
• Connections: power terminals 2.5 mm², control terminals 1.5 mm² and auxiliary switch terminals 2.5 mm².
