Belimo 22HL-10 – liquid leak detector

The device detects liquid leaks in stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. According to the documentation, it can be used for alarming, control and monitoring of tanks, raised floors, suspended ceilings and rooms. The changeover contact allows connection to control and signalling systems, or series connection with a valve to stop water flow.

• Detectable media: water and water-glycol mixtures up to 50/50.
• Nominal supply: AC/DC 24 V; voltage range: AC 21.6...26.4 V / DC 13.5...26.4 V.
• Volt-free SPDT changeover contact; max. AC/DC 24 V / 1 A.
• Automatic reset when the contacts dry.
• Conductivity measurement; switching threshold ≈10 μS.
• LED indication: green – power supply OK, red – leakage.
• Enclosure protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4.
• Electrical connection: detachable terminal strip with spring terminals, max. 2.5 mm²; cable gland with strain relief ø6...8 mm.
• Ambient temperature: -10...50°C; liquid temperature: -20...70°C.
