Belimo 22HL-105 – liquid leak detector

The device detects liquid leaks using a sensing cable. It is designed for alarm, control and monitoring applications involving tanks, raised floors, suspended ceilings and rooms in stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations. The alarm resets automatically when the contacts dry.

• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V; voltage range: AC 21.6...26.4 V / DC 13.5...26.4 V.
• Volt-free SPDT changeover contact: Max. AC/DC 24 V / 1 A.
• Switching threshold: ≈10 μS; measured value: conductivity.
• LED indication: green – power supply OK, red – leak detected.
• Enclosure protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4.
• Connection via a removable terminal block with spring terminals, max. 2.5 mm².
• Medium: water or a water-glycol mixture up to 50/50.

The sensing cable can be laid in a meander pattern on a surface or in a spiral around a pipe. When installed on a pipe, condensation on its surface may trigger the switch.
