Belimo 22PF-1UL – DN 100 flow sensor

The sensor uses ultrasonic flow measurement. It measures the flow rate and temperature of the medium and monitors the glycol content, taking it into account during measurement. It is designed for water and water-glycol mixtures with a glycol content of up to 60% by volume.

Key features and parameters

• DN 100 (4 inch), PN 25; flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
• Full-scale flow measurement FS: 25.0 l/s (90 m³/h); minimum flow measurement: 0.7% of FS.
• AC/DC 24 V power supply; connection via 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined; factory setting: DC 0...10 V. The flow rate or medium temperature can be selected as the output signal.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Protection rating IP54 and NEMA 2.
• Medium temperature for DN 100: -20...120°C.

Installation notes

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal; do not install in a suspended position. Maintain an inlet straight length of at least 5x DN upstream of the sensor and observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the housing.
