Belimo 22PF-1UM – flow sensor

Ultrasonic sensor for measuring flow and temperature in water systems. It measures the glycol content in the medium and takes it into account when measuring flow. The sensor is installed in the pipeline using flanges compliant with EN 1092-2.

Key features

• Nominal size DN 125 (5 inch), PN 25; FS range 41.7 l/s (150 m³/h).
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 60% vol. glycol.
• Measured values: flow and temperature; ultrasonic flow measurement.
• AC/DC 24 V power supply; electrical connection: 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; minimum resistance 10 kΩ.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Degree of protection: IP54 and NEMA 2.

Measurement and installation conditions

Minimum measured flow is 0.7% FS. Flow measurement accuracy for water without glycol: ±2% according to class 2 EN 1434, at 5...120°C and with an inlet section ≥5x DN. For DN 125, the medium temperature range is -20...120°C. Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal; suspended installation is not permitted.
