Belimo 22WDP-115 – differential pressure sensor

The sensor measures the pressure difference between the medium supplied to either side of its internal diaphragm. It is designed for stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The functional data lists water, a water-glycol mixture and steam as media.

• Active output signal: 1 x 0...10 V, min. resistance 2 kΩ.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V.
• Accuracy: ±1% of measuring range at -5...75°C [23...167°F].
• Typical response time: 100 ms.
• Pressure connection: G 1/4"; electrical connection: plug for 0.5...1.5 mm² cable.
• Protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4.
• For type 22WDP-115: differential overpressure 16 bar, negative differential overpressure -1 bar and burst pressure 21 bar. Measurement is not possible within the overpressure range.

Ambient temperature: -10...50°C [14...122°F]. Medium temperature: -10...80°C [15...175°F]. When the medium temperature is below 2°C [36°F], freeze protection must be provided. For steam, the maximum inlet pressure is specified as 100 kPa [15 psi].
