Belimo BEN24 – fire damper actuator

BEN24 is an actuator designed for fire dampers. It has two-wire Close/Open control and a mechanical position indicator. The motor direction of rotation can be selected by the mounting method.

Operation and equipment

The actuator allows manual adjustment by crank. The mechanical Safety Position Lock™ keeps the damper in a defined safety position in the event of a fire. The scope of delivery includes a hand crank, indicator and protective cover.

According to the documentation, the actuator is adapted to the damper and installed by the fire damper manufacturer; it is supplied directly to fire damper manufacturers.
