Belimo BF230-C232

Spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. During operation, the motor moves the damper to the operating position and tensions the spring. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

• Motor running time: <60 s / 90°; safety function running time: <30 s @ 20°C.
• BAT release with thermal fuses for ambient and duct interior temperature: 72°C.
• Two auxiliary switches, 2x SPDT, with switching points at 5° / 80°.
• Mechanical connection: form-fit connection 12x12 mm, non-through hollow shaft; max. rotation angle 95°.
• Motor direction of movement selected by L/R mounting; manual override with stop and mechanical position indicator.
• IP54 protection rating; power consumption 8 W during movement and 3 W in the idle position.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm², halogen-free; auxiliary switch connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm², halogen-free.

Activation of either BAT thermal fuse permanently interrupts the power supply. The power interruption function can be checked using the test button while the actuator is connected to the power supply.
