Belimo BFL24-T-ST/500 actuator

The spring-return actuator with a BAT thermoelectric release (72°C) is designed for fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. During operation, the motor moves the damper and tensions the spring; when the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves it to the safety position.

• Motor torque: 4 Nm; safety function torque: 3 Nm.
• Supply: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz; Close/Open control.
• Motor running time: <60 s / 90°; safety function running time: 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• BAT release with thermal fuses responding to the temperature inside and outside the duct: 72°C.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; motor direction of rotation selected by L/R mounting.
• Manual override with stop in the unpowered state; mechanical position indicator.
• Connections with plugs: 5 m power and control cable, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free), and 5 m auxiliary-switch cable, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• Power consumption: 2 W during operation, 0.7 W in the rest position; 2.8 VA for wire sizing.
• Degree of protection IP54; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Included: hand crank, indicator, protective bag and 12/10 mm form-fit insert.
