Belimo BF230-TN actuator

Actuator with spring return and BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

Key features and specifications

• Power supply: AC 230 V, 50/60 Hz; voltage range AC 198...264 V.
• Close/Open control; motor torque 18 Nm and safety function torque 12 Nm.
• Motor running time <120 s / 90°; safety function running time 16 s @ 20°C.
• BAT release with thermal fuses responding at 72°C to ambient temperature and temperature inside the duct.
• Two auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°.
• Power consumption during operation 8.5 W, in rest position 3 W; sizing power 11 VA.
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, non-through hollow shaft; max. rotation angle 95°.
• Motor direction of movement selected by L/R mounting; manual override with stop and mechanical position indicator.
• Power and control cable: 1 m, 2x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free); auxiliary switch cable: 1 m, 6x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free).
• IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class II, reinforced insulation.

Included: hand crank, indicator, protective bag and 12/10 mm form-fit insert.
