Belimo BF48-5 – actuator for fire and smoke dampers

Spring-return actuator designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. During operation, the motor moves the damper and tensions the return spring; when the power supply is interrupted, the spring’s energy moves the damper to the safety position.

• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free); auxiliary switch connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free).

Included: hand crank, indicator, protective cover and insert for the 12/10 mm form-fit connection. According to the documentation, the actuator is adapted and mounted on the damper by the damper manufacturer; Belimo supplies it directly to manufacturers of safety dampers.
