Belimo BFA24-SR – technical data

Spring-return actuator for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The analogue Y signal sets the damper to the operating position and simultaneously tensions the spring. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

• Motor torque: 20 Nm; safety-function torque: 20 Nm.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V (SELV), 50/60 Hz; voltage range: AC 19.2...28.8 V / DC 21.6...28.8 V.
• Modulating control; Y operating range: 2...10 V; U feedback signal: 2...10 V.
• Motor running time: <60 s / 90°; safety-function running time: 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• Power consumption during operation: 7 W; in the rest position: 1.5 W; for wire sizing: 9.5 VA.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT; switching points: 5° / 80°.

Supplied with: hand crank, position indicator and protective bag. Manual override must only be used when the power supply is switched off. The actuator is adapted and mounted on the damper by the damper manufacturer; according to the documentation, it is supplied directly to manufacturers of safety dampers.
