Belimo CMV-125-MP – DN 125 VAV controller

A complete air flow controller with a damper blade, actuator and integrated air velocity sensor. It is used for pressure-independent air flow control in residential ventilation systems. Designed for installation in circular ducts with an internal diameter of 125 mm.

Operating modes: VAV – variable air flow and CAV – constant air flow in step mode.
Control: DC 0/2 … 10 V / MP-Bus; air flow or damper position feedback signal: DC 0/2 … 10 V.
Supply: AC/DC 24 V; power consumption during movement: 1.5 W; rated power: 2.5 VA.
Torque: 2 Nm; motor running time: 70 s.
Air velocity measuring range: 0.3 … 7 m/s. The integrated duct air temperature sensor enables readings via MP-Bus.
Manual adjustment using a magnet; IP00 protection rating.
Electrical connection: 1 m cable, 4 x 0.34 mm².

Settings and diagnostics are available using the Belimo PC-Tool or ZTH service tool. The device is installed by the OEM ventilation system manufacturer, who adjusts and checks its settings for the specific application.
