Belimo CR24-B1 room temperature controller

CR24-B1 is designed to control the temperature in a single room. It has one sequence and one analog output ao1, which can control one or more Belimo VAV controllers. In changeover applications, the ao1 output can switch from cooling to heating via an input.

Key features and parameters

• Supply: AC 24 V 50/60 Hz; nominal voltage range: AC 19.2...28.8 V.
• Analog output ao1: (0)2...10 V, max. 5 mA.
• Control characteristic: P; selectable proportional band for heating/cooling: 1.5 / 1.0 K or 3.0 / 2.0 K.
• Built-in NTC temperature sensor with a measuring range of 10...45°C; an external NTC sensor, 5 kΩ, can be connected to input ai1.
• Heating temperature setpoint range: 15...36°C (default setting 21°C); setpoint adjustment using the knob: ±3 K.
• Mode selection and LED indication: AUTO (green), ECO (orange), MAX (red).
• Input ai2 for external setpoint shift: a 0...10 V signal corresponds to a shift of 0...10 K.
• Energy hold off, Stand-by and frost protection functions; frost protection activates when the room temperature falls below 10°C.
• Input di2 can function as Stand-by or Changeover; Stand-by is unavailable in Changeover mode or in heating-only applications.
• Screw terminals for up to 1.5 mm²; degree of protection IP30 according to EN 60529.

Electrical connection requires a safety isolating transformer. Installation must be carried out by a qualified specialist.
