Belimo D7125WL/BAC – DN 125 butterfly valve assembly

3-way assembly designed for mixing, flow distribution, switching and control on the water side. It consists of two butterfly valves and two actuators, supplied separately. The tee is not included and must be ordered separately.

Key features and specifications

• DN 125; flanged connection, PN 16.
• Kvs 280 m³/h for control; Kvmax 950 m³/h for switching.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -20...120°C [-4...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 300 kPa; closing pressure 1200 kPa.
• Actuator torque 90 Nm; running time 35 s / 90°.
• Nominal voltage AC 24...240 V / DC 24...125 V.
• Communication control: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus; open/close and modulating control are also available.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage for an opening angle of 0...60%, and S-shaped for 0...100%; a linear characteristic can be configured using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Leakage rate A (EN 12266-1); protection rating IP66/67.

In a 3-way configuration, the control signal of one of the two actuators must be reversed. The DN 125 tee is listed in the documentation as a separate accessory, ZD7125.
