Belimo EXT-H680P-3600

2-way globe valve with mechanical differential pressure control and a flanged connection. The differential pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow control requires the minimum differential pressure across the valve to be maintained.

Confirmed specifications

• Nominal diameter: DN 80; nominal pressure: PN 16.
• Nominal flow rate: V'nom 11.1 l/s (40 m³/h).
• Theoretical Kvs value: 80 m³/h; stroke: 18 mm.
• Fluid: water or water with max. 30% by volume glycol; fluid temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1000 kPa. To prevent cavitation, calculate the maximum differential pressure ∆pmax in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Flanged connection according to EN 1092-2; body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25).
• Permissible mounting position: vertical to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
