Belimo EV025R3+BAC – 3-way Energy Valve

The control valve with actuator and thermal energy meter enables sensor-based flow or power control and monitors power and energy. It is designed for closed water systems and for controlling air-conditioning and heating installations on the water side. The 3-way valve operates as a mixing device; it must not be used as a diverting valve.

• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 60% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure 1400 kPa.
• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; power consumption during operation 4 W, in standby position 3.7 W.
• Control and communication: modulating, communicative or hybrid; control signal range Y 2...10 V; BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus, Cloud.
• Measurements and functions: measurement of flow, supply and return temperatures; monitoring of power, energy and glycol concentration; integrated Delta-T temperature-difference manager and 13 months of data logging.
• Configuration: via the integrated web server or NFC using Belimo Assistant 2; manual override by button, with the option to lock it.
• Electrical connections: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm²; RJ45 Ethernet socket.
• Protection rating: IEC/EN IP40; IEC/EN protection class III, Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV).

At medium temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or an extended valve neck is recommended. During installation, observe the flow direction indicated on the housing.
