Belimo LRF24-MP – rotary actuator with fail-safe function

The actuator is designed for ball valves. It can operate with an analogue control signal Y or receive a digital control signal via MP-Bus. In the event of a power supply interruption, the spring moves the valve to the safety position: NC, valve closed (A–AB = 0%).

• Motor running time: 75 s / 90°; adjustable running time: 75...300 s.
• Fail-safe running time: <20 s @ -20...50°C, <60 s @ -30°C.
• Power consumption during operation: 6 W; at rest: 2.5 W; sizing power: 10 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm².
• Degree of protection: IP54; ambient temperature: -30...50°C.
• Mechanical position indicator; setpoint range adaptation on first power-up.
• A passive sensor, active sensor or switching contact can be connected, and its signal transmitted via MP-Bus.

The actuator is mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw. Its orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments.
