Belimo R3015-P63-S1 – 3-way control valve

A valve with a characterized plug, designed for closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The body is made of nickel-plated brass.

• Design: 3-way; DN 15, PN 40.
• Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread.
• Kvs: 0.63 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified to ensure quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Angle of rotation: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.

Installation notes

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the valve stem or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used; restrictions are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.
