Belimo R7025R10-B2 – technical data

3-way control valve with a flanged connection for closed water systems. The valve body is made of nickel-plated brass.

• Nominal diameter: DN 25; nominal pressure: PN 6.
• Kvs: 10 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Fluid: water or water with max. 50% by volume glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F]. At -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended; the permitted range may depend on the actuator.
• Maximum differential pressure Δpmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Rotational angle: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.
• Flanged connection according to EN 1092-1/4; flange for DN 25 made of aluminium.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
