Communicating rotary actuator with fail-safe function for ball valves. When the power supply fails, it moves the valve to the open position (NO, A–AB = 100%); for valves with an L-port, the data sheet specifies A–AB = 0%.

• Motor torque: 20 Nm; fail-safe torque: 20 Nm.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz; voltage range: AC 19.2...28.8 V / DC 21.6...28.8 V.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU (factory setting) and MP-Bus. Modulating, communicating and hybrid modes are available.
• Operating range Y: 2...10 V, adjustable to 0.5...10 V; feedback signal U: 2...10 V.
• Motor running time: 90 s / 90°; adjustable running time: 70...220 s. Fail-safe running time: <20 s @ -20...50°C, <60 s @ -30°C.
• Power consumption: 8.5 W during operation and 3.5 W at rest; for cable sizing: 11 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm².
• The input allows connection of a passive or active sensor, or a sensor with a switching contact, and transmission of its signal via the bus.
• Manual adjustment by crank and position locking; mechanical rotation angle limit stops and mechanical position indicator.
• IP54 protection rating; ambient temperature -30...50°C.
