Belimo EP150F+MOD – EPIV valve

2-way ball control valve with flow meter and actuator. The system measures the flow rate and adjusts the valve position to regulate flow independently of pressure changes. It is intended for analogue water flow control in air handling unit circuits and closed-loop heating systems.

• Type: EPIV, 2-way; flanged connection according to EN 1092-2, DN 150, PN 16.
• Nominal flow rate V'nom: 45 l/s; adjustable V'max: 30...100% V'nom.
• Theoretical Kvs: 254 m³/h; ∆pmax 340 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 690 kPa.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Ultrasonic flow measurement; min. measured flow rate 0.5% V'nom.
• Power supply AC/DC 24 V; power consumption during operation 9 W.
• Interfaces BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU (factory setting) and MP-Bus; operating range of signal Y 2...10 V, feedback signal U 2...10 V.
• Equal-percentage flow characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), with the option to switch to linear (VDI/VDE 2173).
• Permissible leakage: tightness class A (EN 12266-1); enclosure protection rating IEC/EN IP54.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle, but not with the axis pointing downwards. The flow direction must match the arrow on the housing; a straight inlet section of at least 5 x DN is required upstream of the sensor.
