Belimo BFL24-T-ST/300 spring-return actuator for fire and smoke dampers, with BAT thermal release (72°C). AC/DC 24 V supply, Close/Open control, motor torque 4 Nm and safety function torque 3 Nm.

Equipped with 2x SPDT, 12x12 mm form-fit connection and 3 m cables with connection plugs.

Belimo BFL24-T-ST/300 actuator

Spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. In the event of a power failure, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

  • Rated voltage AC/DC 24 V; Close/Open control.
  • Motor torque 4 Nm; safety function torque 3 Nm.
  • Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
  • BAT thermal release: fuse activation temperature for temperatures inside and outside the duct 72°C.
  • Auxiliary switches 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
  • 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; motor direction of rotation selected by L/R mounting.
  • 3 m cables with connection plugs for power supply and control, and auxiliary switches.
  • Power consumption while running 2 W, at rest 0.7 W; sizing power for cable selection 2.8 VA.
  • Manual override with stop; mechanical position indicator.
  • IP54 protection rating.

Included: hand crank, indicator, protective cover and 12/10 mm form-fit insert.
