Belimo BFN24-T/500 actuator

Spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. If the power supply is interrupted, the return spring moves the damper to the safety position.

• Supply: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz; Close/Open control.
• Motor torque: 9 Nm; safety function torque: 7 Nm.
• Motor running time: <60 s / 90°; safety function running time: 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• BAT thermal release: tripping temperature of thermal fuses inside and outside the duct 72°C.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; max. rotation angle 95°.
• Motor direction selected by L/R mounting; manual override with position stop.
• Power consumption: 3.2 W during operation, 1.2 W in the resting position; wire sizing power: 4.3 VA.
• Power and control connection: 5 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free); auxiliary switch connection: 5 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• IEC/EN protection rating: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Included: manual crank, position indicator and protective bag. The actuator is adapted and mounted on the damper by its manufacturer; according to the documentation, it is supplied directly to manufacturers of safety dampers.
