Belimo CMV-160-MP is a VAV controller with damper and air velocity sensor, designed to regulate flow independently of pressure changes in residential ventilation systems. For installation in circular ducts with an internal diameter of DN 160.

Belimo CMV-160-MP VAV controller

The device combines a flow controller, actuator, damper blade and thermal anemometric air velocity sensor. It is used to regulate airflow independently of pressure changes in residential ventilation systems. It is designed for installation in circular ducts with an internal diameter of DN 160.

Operating modes: VAV with variable flow and CAV with constant flow.
Control: DC 0/2 … 10 V or MP-Bus; flow or damper position feedback: DC 0/2 … 10 V.
Air velocity measurement range: 0.3 … 7 m/s.
Built-in duct air temperature sensor; values can be read via MP-Bus.
Power supply: AC 24 V, 50/60 Hz / DC 24 V; power consumption 1.5 W during operation and 1 W at rest; rated power 2.5 VA.
Torque: min. 2 Nm at rated voltage; motor running time: 70 s.
Manual adjustment using a magnet; degree of protection IP00.

In CAV mode, the CLOSED / min / mid / max / OPEN settings are available; mid and OPEN require AC 24 V power. The nominal flow settings are specified by the ventilation unit manufacturer.
