Belimo EP040R2+BAC – EPIV control valve

2-way ball valve with flow sensor and actuator. It controls pressure-independent flow in closed water systems and is designed for modulating control of water-side ventilation and heating systems.

• DN 40, PN 25; Rp 1 1/2" female and G 2" male threads.
• V'nom 2.78 l/s (10 m³/h); V'max adjustable from 25...100% V'nom.
• AC/DC 24 V power supply; power consumption during operation 5 W, at rest 3.9 W; for cable sizing 7.5 VA.
• Modulating, communicative or hybrid control; BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus communication. Y operating range: 2...10 V.
• Fluid: water or water with max. 60% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Fluid flow and temperature measurement and glycol concentration monitoring; ultrasonic flow measurement.
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
• Equal-percentage characteristic; leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• NFC interface; configuration using Belimo Assistant 2. Manual override by push-button, with locking option.
• IEC/EN IP54 degree of protection; IEC/EN protection class III, Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV).

At fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended.
