Belimo GK24G-1 – actuator for dampers

Rotary actuator with a fail-safe function, designed to control dampers in stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The IP66/67 protective enclosure allows outdoor use at ambient temperatures of -30...50°C [-22...122°F]. If the power supply fails, energy stored in the capacitors moves the damper to the set safety position.

• Power Off Position (POP): adjustable from 0...100% in 10% increments; factory-set hold time (PF): 2 s.
• Rotation angle: max. 95°, with the option of limiting it on both sides using mechanical end stops.
• Motor direction of rotation: selected using switch 0 (counterclockwise) / 1 (clockwise).
• Manual override: button under the protective enclosure; mechanical position indicator.
• Mechanical connection: universal clamp 14...26.7 mm.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 3x 0.75 mm², halogen-free.
• Power consumption during movement: 11 W; at rest: 3 W; sizing power: 21 VA.
