Belimo GRC230G-5 rotary actuator

Actuator for rotary valves and dampers, designed for stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations. The design is suitable for outdoor applications.

• Motor torque: 40 Nm; control: Open/Close.
• Rated voltage: AC 100...240 V; frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Motor running time: 35 s / 90°.
• Power consumption during operation: 6 W; at rest: 1 W; sizing power: 11 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 3x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free).
• IEC/EN protection rating: IP66/67; IEC/EN protection class: II, reinforced insulation.
• Mounting flange: F05. The actuator can be mounted on the valve in positions at 90° intervals.
• Position indicator and manual override using a push button that can be locked; manual override requires removal of the housing cover.
• Rotation angle adjustable using mechanical stops; standard setting: 0...90°.
• Ambient temperature: -30...50°C.

The actuator is protected against overload and stops automatically when the end position is reached. Installation work may only be carried out by qualified specialists.
