Belimo EP125F+KMP – EPIV valve DN 125

2-way modulating ball valve with flow independent of pressure changes, controlled based on the signal from a flow sensor. Designed for closed-loop water systems, including analogue flow control in air handling unit circuits and heating systems. The assembly comprises a control valve, a measuring tube with a flow meter and an actuator.

Key features and specifications

• Type EP125F+KMP: DN 125, flange connection, PN 16; V'nom 31 l/s.
• V'max adjustable within 30...100% V'nom; ultrasonic flow measurement.
• Power supply AC/DC 24 V; analogue control 2...10 V or MP-Bus communication.
• Safety function: after a power interruption, the actuator moves the valve to the selected safe position using energy stored in capacitors.
• Fluid: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 340 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 690 kPa.
• Equal-percentage flow characteristic, with the option to switch to linear; leakage class A (EN 12266-1).

During installation, observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing. A straight inlet section of at least 5 x DN is required upstream of the flow sensor.
