Belimo EP150F+KMP – DN 150 EPIV valve

2-way modulating ball valve with a flow sensor and actuator. The measured flow is compared with the setpoint, and the actuator adjusts the valve position. If the power supply is interrupted, energy stored in the capacitors allows the valve to move to the selected safety position.

• Ultrasonic flow measurement and flow control independent of pressure changes.
• AC/DC 24 V supply; MP-Bus or analogue control, operating range Y 2...10 V; feedback signal U 2...10 V.
• Safety function: NC/NO position or adjustable 0...100%; running time 35 s / 90°.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 340 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 690 kPa.
• Equal-percentage flow characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), with the option to switch to linear.
• Leakage class A (EN 12266-1); enclosure protection rating IP54.

The valve is intended for analogue water flow control in air handling unit circuits and closed-loop heating systems. During installation, observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing and provide a straight inlet section of at least 5 x DN before the flow sensor.
