Belimo BF24-TN-2

Spring-return actuator for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When powered, it moves the damper to its operating position and tensions the return spring. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to its safety position.

Key features

  • BAT thermal release with fuses that respond at 72°C to the ambient temperature and the temperature inside the duct.
  • Rated voltage AC/DC 24 V; Close/Open control.
  • Motor torque 18 Nm; safety function torque 12 Nm.
  • Motor running time <120 s / 90°; safety function running time 16 s @ 20°C.
  • Two auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°.
  • Power consumption: 7 W while running, 2 W at rest; 10 VA for cable sizing.
  • Form-fit connection 12x12 mm with through hollow shaft; maximum rotation angle 95°.
  • Motor direction of movement selected by L/R mounting; manual operation with position stop.
  • IP54 protection rating. Supplied with: hand crank, position indicator and protective bag.
