Belimo BF24-TN-ST/300

Actuator with return spring and BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

• Motor torque: 18 Nm; safety function torque: 12 Nm.
• AC/DC 24 V supply, 50/60 Hz; Close/Open control.
• Motor running time: <120 s / 90°; safety function running time: 16 s @ 20°C.
• BAT release with thermal fuses responding at 72°C to the temperature inside and outside the duct.
• 2x SPDT auxiliary switches with switching points at 5° / 80°.
• Power consumption: 7 W during movement, 2 W at rest; wire sizing power: 10 VA.
• 3 m cables with connection plugs: power supply and control 2x 0.75 mm² and auxiliary switches 6x 0.75 mm²; FRNC (halogen-free).
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, non-through hollow shaft; direction of movement selectable by L/R mounting.
• Manual override with end stop and mechanical position indicator.
• IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Included: hand crank, position indicator, protective bag and 12/10 mm form-fit insert. The actuator is adapted and mounted to the damper by the damper manufacturer.
