Belimo BFN24-T

Spring-return actuator for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air conditioning systems, equipped with a BAT thermal release (72°C). When power is applied, the actuator moves the damper to its operating position and tensions the return spring. When power is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to its safety position.

• AC/DC 24 V supply, frequency 50/60 Hz; Close/Open control.
• Motor torque 9 Nm; safety function torque 7 Nm.
• Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• BAT release with thermal fuses for temperatures inside and outside the duct: 72°C.
• Mechanical locking in the safety position Safety Position Lock™.
• Auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°; mechanical position indicator.
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; maximum rotation angle 95°.
• Motor direction selected by L/R mounting; manual adjustment with position stop when power is off.
• Power consumption: 3.2 W in motion, 1.2 W at rest; 4.3 VA for cable sizing.
• Power and control cable: 1 m, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free). Auxiliary switch cable: 1 m, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
