Belimo EXT-H640P-900 – 2-way globe valve

Mechanical globe valve with differential pressure regulator, designed for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating networks. The regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow regulation requires a minimum differential pressure across the valve.

Key features and parameters

• Type: 2-way; DN 40; PN 16; flanged connection according to EN 1092-2.
• V'nom: 3.00 l/s (11 m³/h); Kvs theor.: 20 m³/h; stroke: 13 mm; Sv min.: 23.
• Medium: water or water with up to 30% by volume glycol; medium temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1000 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Valve body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25), with protective coating.
• Maximum flow V'max can be adjusted using the setting ring on the valve neck.

Installation instructions

Installation is permitted in a vertical position with a deviation of up to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
