Belimo EXT-H650XP-1500 – pressure-independent globe valve

2-way globe valve for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating. The mechanical differential pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow regulation requires the minimum differential pressure across the valve to be maintained.

Key technical data

• DN 50, PN 25; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
• V'nom 4.4 l/s (16 m³/h); theoretical Kvs 32 m³/h.
• Stroke 13 mm; Sv min. 22.
• Medium: water or water with max. 30% vol. glycol; medium temperature 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3), with protective coating.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted in a vertical position with a deviation of up to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
