Belimo BFL24-T/300

Spring-return actuator for fire and smoke control dampers rotating through 90° in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. During operation, the motor moves the damper to its operating position and tensions the return spring. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring energy moves the damper to its safety position.

• AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz supply; Close/Open control.
• Motor torque 4 Nm; safety function torque 3 Nm.
• Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C and <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• BAT thermal release with thermal fuses that trip at 72°C outside and inside the duct.
• Auxiliary switches 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
• 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; maximum rotation angle 95°.
• 3 m connection cables; IP54 protection rating.
• Manual repositioning with position stop when the power is off; motor direction selected by L/R mounting.
• Power consumption during operation 2 W, at rest 0.7 W; sizing power for cable selection 2.8 VA.

Included: hand crank, position indicator, protective cover and 12/10 mm form-fit insert.
