Equipped with 2x SPDT, 5 m cables and a 12x12 mm form-fit connection with a through hollow shaft.

Belimo BFL24-T/500

Spring return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

Key features

  • AC/DC 24 V supply; Close/Open control.
  • Motor torque 4 Nm; safety function torque 3 Nm.
  • Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
  • BAT release with thermal fuses responding at 72°C to the temperature inside and outside the duct.
  • Auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°.
  • 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; max. rotation angle 95°.
  • Motor direction selected by L/R mounting; manual override with position stop.
  • Power and control connection: 5 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free). Auxiliary switch connection: 5 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
  • Power consumption during operation 2 W, in idle position 0.7 W; wire sizing power 2.8 VA.
  • IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN III protection class, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

Included: hand crank, indicator, protective bag and insert for the 12/10 mm form-fit connection.
