Belimo BF24-C232 – technical data

Spring-return actuator for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to its safety position.

• Supply: AC/DC 24 V; control: Close/Open.
• Motor and safety function torque: 20 Nm / 20 Nm.
• Motor running time: <60 s / 90°; safety function running time: <30 s @ 20°C.
• BAT thermal release (72°C) with ambient and duct temperature fuses.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT; switching points: 5° / 80°.
• Mechanical connection: 12x12 mm form-fit connection, non-through hollow shaft.
• Angle of rotation: max. 95°; motor direction of movement selected by L/R mounting.
• Power consumption: 10 W during movement, 2 W at rest; sizing power: 12.5 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm²; auxiliary switch connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm².
• Degree of protection: IP54. Position indicator: mechanical, with pointer.

The actuator has manual override with a position stop. Two built-in microswitches signal the damper end positions.
