Belimo EP025R6+BAC-HHM – EPIV valve for heating and cooling

The 6-way control valve with sensor-based flow measurement serves two sequences, such as cooling and heating, using a single 90° rotary actuator. It is designed for closed-loop water systems.

• Connection and size: DN 25, PN 16, Rp 1" female thread.
• Flow rate: V'nom 3500 l/h; V'max adjustable from 4,2...100% V'nom.
• Fluid: water or water with up to 60% vol. glycol; fluid temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Pressure parameters: ∆pmax 110 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 350 kPa.
• Control and communication: Y signal 2...10 V and BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus; hybrid mode available.
• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; power consumption during operation 4.9 W, at rest 4.1 W; sizing power 9.3 VA.
• Measurement and protection: ultrasonic flow measurement, glycol compensation and condensation monitoring with the included humidity sensor. The valve can close when condensation is detected.
• Design: linear flow characteristic, leakage class A (EN 12266-1), integrated pressure compensation function in the closed position.
• Operation: NFC interface for configuration via Belimo Assistant 2 and manual adjustment using a button, with lockout option.
• Electrical connection and protection: 1 m power and control cable, 6x 0.75 mm²; sensor cable 2 m + 2 m; IP54 protection rating.
