Belimo Energy Valve™ EV020R2+MID

2-way control valve with actuator and thermal energy meter. The device is designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems with a closed water circuit. The meter is MID-approved as a heat meter and complies with EN 1434.

• Size DN 20, PN 25; Rp 3/4" female and G 1" male threads.
• Nominal flow V'nom 0.69 l/s (2.5 m³/h); V'max adjustable within 25...100% V'nom.
• Control of flow, power, position or differential pressure; differential pressure control requires a sensor, which is not included.
• Ultrasonic flow measurement, power and energy monitoring, and glycol concentration monitoring; data storage for 13 months.
• AC/DC 24 V supply; power consumption during operation 4 W, in standby position 3.7 W; power consumption for cable sizing 6.5 VA.
• Control signal Y 2...10 V; modulating, communicative and hybrid modes. Communication protocols and services: BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus, Cloud.
• NFC interface and integrated web server; configuration via Belimo Assistant 2 or the web server. Integrated delta T manager.
• Medium: water; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F]. MID certification applies to the range 15...120°C.
• Differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
• IEC/EN IP54 degree of protection; IEC/EN protection class III, Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV).
• 1 m connection cable; manual adjustment by button with locking option. Z-INSH15 insulation shell included, except in the Asia-Pacific region.

At medium temperatures of -10...2°C, the manufacturer recommends shaft heating or a valve neck extension.
