Belimo Energy Valve EV025R2+KBAC

Pressure-independent 2-way control valve equipped with an actuator with a safety function and a thermal energy meter. Designed for closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

• DN 25, PN 25; Rp 1" female and G 1 1/4" male threads.
• V'nom 0.97 l/s (3.5 m³/h); V'max setting 25...100% V'nom.
• Control of flow, power, position or differential pressure; differential pressure control mode requires a suitable sensor, which is not included.
• Ultrasonic flow measurement, monitoring of power and energy, and glycol concentration; integrated delta T manager function and 13-month data logging.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 60% vol. glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
• AC/DC 24 V supply; power consumption 15 W during operation and 6.5 W in standby position; 26 VA for cable sizing.
• Modulating, communicative or hybrid control; operating range Y 2...10 V.
• Communication: BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus, Cloud. NFC interface and integrated web server are also available.
• Safety function with NC/NO or 0...100% position setting; safety repositioning time 35 s / 90°. Manual override by button.
• IEC/EN IP54 degree of protection; IEC/EN protection class III, Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV).
• 1 m connection cable; insulation shell for DN 15...25 included, except that it is not supplied in the Asia Pacific region.

At fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended.
