Belimo TF24-MFT is a rotary actuator for dampers with a fail-safe function, with a torque of 2.5 Nm and an AC/DC 24 V supply. It supports 2...10 V modulating control and MP-Bus communication.

The motor running time is 150 s / 90°, and the fail-safe function running time is <25 s / 90°. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

Belimo TF24-MFT actuator

A communicative rotary actuator with a fail-safe function, designed to position dampers in technical building systems. According to the technical data sheet, it is suitable for dampers with an area of up to approx. 0.5 m². During operation, the actuator moves the damper and tensions the return spring; when the voltage fails, the spring moves it to the safety position.
