Belimo BF24-SR – technical data

BF24-SR is a spring-return actuator designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The analogue Y signal sets the damper to the operating position and simultaneously tensions the spring. Interruption of the power supply causes the damper to return to the safety position.

• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; rated frequency 50/60 Hz.
• Control: modulating; operating range Y 2...10 V, feedback signal U 2...10 V.
• Torque: motor 18 Nm; safety function 12 Nm.
• Running time: motor <120 s / 90°; safety function 16 s @ 20°C.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
• Power consumption: 7 W during operation, 2 W in the rest position; 10 VA for cable sizing.
• Mechanical connection: form-fit connection 12x12 mm, non-through hollow shaft.
• Electrical connections: 1 m power and control cable, 4x 0.75 mm²; 1 m auxiliary switch cable, 6x 0.75 mm²; halogen-free wires.
• Operation: manual override with stop, motor direction selected by L/R mounting, mechanical position indicator.
